The new Sedus Hub Rhine-Main presents itself with a facade design that combines architecture and brand identity. A translucent film concept was created for the large glass front, which creates a striking overall image with its grid and clear surfaces. The 120 square meters of glass surface create a harmonious interplay of materiality, light, and brand, underlining the character of the new hub.

A space for modern working environments
With its new location in Eschborn, Sedus is setting the tone for the working world of today and tomorrow. The Sedus Hub Rhine-Main offers a hybrid working environment covering around 580 square meters, which visitors can experience in ten different areas – from open workshop zones and quiet rooms to inspiring material worlds. After more than twenty years at its previous location in Hattersheim, Sedus made a conscious decision to move to a greener, quieter environment. The new concept combines urban loft design with a natural atmosphere and invites customers and partners to discover modern workplace solutions in a real-life space concept.
The glass facade as a communication surface
Since it was not possible to place a classic logo on the upper facade, the glass surface itself became a design stage. The design picks up on elements of the Sedus brand world and translates them into a clear, graphic language that provides orientation and communicates subtly. In this way, the facade becomes not only an advertising space, but also part of the brand space that welcomes visitors as they approach.
Design between visibility and restraint
Particular attention was paid to the interplay of light, transparency, and spatial effect. The translucent films allow natural light to pass through largely unhindered and, thanks to their grid structure, create subtle shades that change depending on the daylight.
